We all have strengths and inner resources, but sometimes our ability to access them becomes clouded. We may find ourselves stuck in old patterns or limiting beliefs about who we are or how we’re supposed to be. At other times, life simply feels more difficult than we expected—relationships can suffer, connection can feel elusive, and we may struggle to find our way forward.
I’m particularly drawn to working with thoughtful people who have a desire for personal growth, including individuals and couples navigating grief and loss, anxiety, pregnancy and pregnancy loss, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions.
My approach to therapy is warm and direct. I take a collaborative stance, incorporating elements of psychodynamic and attachment theories, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive and behavioral techniques, while tailoring therapy to your individual needs.
Throughout our work, I strive to maintain an inclusive and affirming space grounded in curiosity, non-judgment, and positive regard.
